Iconic Tire & Service Centers Riggs

I have been working with Charlie since the beginning. He has been nothing but respectful, caring, and so helpful through each step of the way. I feel like most mechanic shops aren’t always the nicest and most welcoming to a young woman coming in by themselves. Charlie has been great at communicating with me with what my car is needing, the prices, and when it’s ready to be picked up. I will definitely be recommending Iconic Tire & Service Centers to anyone and everyone!!

I’ve been taking our family minivan , my teenagers cars and my shops work vehicles to iconic tire for all our maintenance for years. All locations have always been so good to us. Charlie is so trustworthy and knowledge. I highly recommend. The techs have great troubleshooting abilities.

I want to take a moment to commend the absolutely OUTSTANDING customer service provided by Iconic Tire on Riggs Rd. With the wear and tear of tires, coupled with AZ heat, they made the purchase of a full set of new tires extremely easy (Buy two, get two free). They were able to get me in and out the same day. When I ran over a screw not long after (bad luck, I know)- they were able to take the tire at 5:30pm and get it patched and ready to put back on first thing the following morning. They are efficient, kind, and knowledgeable. Guys, I appreciate you, but hope I don't need to see you for a while. It is very comforting, however, to know that I can count on Iconic on Riggs being there to provide honest and exemplary service when the need arises. Highly recommend!

Caleb was amazing very helpful and reassuring for my tire needs. Didn’t feel like I was being upsold or getting anything I didn’t need/want. The prices for all four new tires right now are ridiculously reasonable than any other shop around. Highly recommend this place.

Wow! What an amazing place! Josh, the owner follows through. My dad went in to get four new tires and one of the lug nut studs broke off. They spent two days and $700 fixing it at no cost to my dad. I have never seen such honesty and follow through. My dad has experienced may car places that are only out for themselves. It's so awesome that Iconic Tire conducts business in such an incredible way. I'm sold for life!
